It begins with this: a school vacation, a break for summer, a time to enjoy life and forget about studies and classrooms for a little while. Across Tokyo, teens everywhere are preparing to celebrate their newfound freedom, including the Sailor Senshi and the Samurai Troopers. But for an ancient and terrifying evil known as the Dark One, this summer is the time to strike! Unbeknownst to each of the Sailor Senshi, they near critical junctures in their lives, which will find them weak and defenseless. The Samurai Troopers appear on the scene to lend some hands, but are these meetings truly just a series of coincidences, or is there more than one force at work here? The Ronin Summer is just getting started...

• Chapter One - Light And Darkness

  Sailor Venus is invited to a party to celebrate the summer break from school. A young man named Seiji Date, Yoroiden of Korin, is also at this party, but when the Dark One sends his youma and a predator plys his trade, the two heroes have no way of knowing that the summer vacation has ended... and the Summer of the Ronin begun...

• Chapter Two - Wildfire And Ice

  The Dark One has chosen his next target : Ami Mizuno, known as Sailor Mercury. His youma attacks her while she tutors remedial computing skills, and a student by the name of Ryo Sanada comes to her rescue. Sailor Mercury may play it cool, but with Ryo no Rekka involved, the Ronin Summer is heating up...

• Chapter Three - Roses And Thorns

  The time of crisis has come for Mamoru Chiba. A pair of shapeshifting youma are sent to interrupt his date with Usagi Tsukino, and take forms very familiar to Shuu Rei Fuan and Touma Hashiba. However, fortune does not always smile, and even with the help of Sailor Moon and two Yoroiden, Tuxedo Kamen's summer may be over before it even begins...

• Chapter Four - Poisons And Antidotes

  Tuxedo Kamen lingers between and life and death, and not even the combined powers of the Sailor Senshi can save him! Touma no Tenku has a plan... but is it too dangerous, even with Mamoru Chiba's life at stake? Artemis makes a shocking accusation to Seiji and Minako, and Touma puts his plan in action. The Ronin Summer is about to get worse...

  The Dark One sends his entire youma army to destroy the Salior Senshi and Yoroiden Samurai Troopers. The Desert Knight lends a hand, and explains the strange connection between the five Yoroiden and the Senshi of the Moon Kingdom. Lines are drawn, plans are set, and no holds are barred as Senshi and Samurai alike must fight for their very lives!

• Chapter Six - Ronin No More

  With their numbers dwindling, the Yoroiden Samurai Troopers and the Sailor Senshi push on, and prepare for their greatest challenge : to face the Dark One himself! Tired, injured, and exhausted, the heroes must fight their way through a maze of deathtraps and demons to bring the Ronin Summer to its smashing conclusion!
